Security & Privacy

Your data
deserves care.

An athlete’s history is personal. We treat it that way.

Every training session, milestone, and health metric is part of someone’s story. We take the responsibility of looking after that information seriously, with clear permissions, traceable records, and control over how it is shared.

Our approach

Trust is in the details.

  • Clear permissionsThe right information for the right people.
  • Traceable recordsContext behind the numbers.
  • Deliberate sharingChoices you can review and change.

Privacy in practice

A clear reason for access.
A clear choice for you.

Your athletic profile should help you move forward. The people supporting you should see the information you choose to make available to them.

Access with a purpose

Access to athlete records is checked against account permissions and relationships. These checks run on the server and in the database, so protection goes beyond what is visible on screen.

Parents make the call

For young athletes, guardians approve coach access and choose how much each coach can see. Being part of a club does not automatically give its staff access to a child’s biometric data.

Sharing you control

Passport sharing happens through links you create. Choose the information a link makes available, set an expiry when needed, and revoke it when you no longer want to share.

Data integrity

The story behind
the number matters.

Useful data needs context. Where it came from, how it was recorded, and whether a shared record can still be trusted all matter.

  1. 01

Know where a record came from.

Athletic records retain their source information. Passport summaries show the contributing sources and the proportion of device-sourced records, helping you understand the history behind the numbers.

  2. 02

Check the data as it comes in.

Import checks screen readings against supported ranges and identify repeated records. These checks help keep an athlete’s history consistent as new data arrives.

  3. 03

Give a shared passport a way to be checked.

Shared passports include a verification code. Verification checks the saved passport’s integrity and whether the link has expired or been revoked. This confirms the shared record’s status; it does not certify the accuracy of a device reading.

Your choices, over time

Control that keeps
up with your life.

Coaches change. Seasons end. Your sharing decisions can change with them.

Explore the Parent Control Center
  • Review and remove coach access

See who has permission to view your athlete’s data and revoke access when it is no longer needed.

  • Keep a copy of your history

Guardians can download their athlete’s biometric history as a CSV file from Parent Controls.

  • Know what revoking a link does

Revoking a passport link stops future access through that link. It cannot retrieve copies someone has already downloaded or saved.

Let’s keep it clear
