Athlete data is shared with permission.

A shared place to do the work

From your organization’s structure
to the next training session.

Connect the practical work of managing a coaching team with the day-to-day work of developing athletes.

Organize the people you develop.

Bring athletes into a roster and organize groups to reflect your squads and training setup. Give staff a clear way to find the athletes they work with.

Give coaching roles a clear place.

Invite staff, manage their roles, and assign athletes to coaches. Club administrators can coordinate responsibilities as the coaching team changes.

Keep the training plan connected.

Plan individual and group sessions, schedule recurring work, and reuse session templates. Keep each session linked to the athletes taking part.

Bring feedback into the follow-up.

Collect ratings of perceived exertion and record coaching notes. Review how athletes experienced a session alongside the information they have shared.

Clear responsibilities. Deliberate access.

The right people around an athlete.
The right permission for their data.

Three different parts of the setup work together. Each has its own purpose.

How organization membership, coaching assignments, and biometric permissions differ
Part of the setupWhat it establishesWhat it means for data
Roster membershipWhere an athlete belongs within the organization and its groups.Being listed in a squad does not automatically share biometric data.
Coach assignmentWhich coaches are responsible for working with an athlete. An assignment does not replace athlete or guardian approval.
Biometric permissionThe data access an athlete or guardian has approved for a coach. The granted level determines which biometric information is visible.

Permissions can be reviewed or revoked as coaching relationships change.

A starting point for follow-up

See the squad.
Keep the individual in view.

Use the squad overview to review readiness and spot athletes you want to follow up with. A flag is a prompt for a closer look and a conversation.

Open an athlete’s shared passport to explore the history available to you. Combine that context with session feedback and your own coaching knowledge.

Understand the thinking behind the numbers

Build a setup your staff understands

Start with the people.
Connect the work.

  1. 01

    Agree on your organization’s setup.

Talk to our team about how you organize athletes and staff. Coaches joining an existing club can use the invitation code provided by their administrator.

  2. 02

    Connect staff and organize athletes.

Invite your coaching team, establish roles, create groups, and assign athletes to the coaches working with them.

  3. 03

    Bring permissions and planning together.

Request the biometric access needed for coaching, then use approved data alongside squad views, session plans, and athlete feedback.

Before you bring the team in

A few setup
questions.

Can we organize several squads?

Yes. Athlete groups help you organize your roster around the way you train. Coach assignments connect athletes to the staff working with them.

How does a coach join an existing club?

The coach chooses the club or academy path during coach setup and enters the invitation code supplied by the club administrator. The organization then manages staff roles and athlete assignments.

Does a staff role automatically grant access to health data?

No. Organization membership and athlete assignments do not replace biometric approval. Adult athletes approve their own sharing, and guardians approve sharing for young athletes. The access level granted determines what each coach can see.
