From the plan to the follow-up

The day-to-day details.
The bigger picture.

Keep the practical work of coaching close to the athlete’s development story.

Keep your roster organized.

Bring connected athletes into one roster, organize them into groups, and manage coach assignments. Move between the whole squad and the athletes you work with directly.

Plan the work ahead.

Schedule individual or group sessions, set up recurring sessions, and reuse session templates. Keep the plan connected to the athletes taking part.

Hear how the session felt.

Collect athletes’ ratings of perceived exertion — their own assessment of how hard a session felt — alongside coaching notes. Bring their experience into the next conversation.

Know where to look closer.

Review squad readiness, flag athletes for follow-up, and open the athlete’s passport to explore the history they have shared. Use the overview as a starting point for a closer look.

The athlete is at the center. The right people work around them.

Access with permission

Good coaching
starts with trust.

An athlete’s history can give a coach valuable context. Access to that history should be a deliberate choice.

Athletes and guardians approve biometric access, and the level granted determines what a coach can see. Club membership or a staff assignment does not replace that approval.

As coaching relationships change, permissions can be reviewed and revoked. The athlete’s history stays with their profile.

A few practical questions

Want to talk through your setup? Get in touch.

Do I need to belong to a club?

No. Independent coaches and personal trainers can build their own athlete roster and request access directly, without a club administrator. Coaches working within a club or academy can join their organization through its invitation process.

Does being on a club roster give every coach access to biometric data?

No. Roster membership, coaching assignments, and biometric data permissions serve different purposes. Athlete data is visible only within the access that has been approved. For young athletes, guardians decide what coaches can see.

Can I work with individuals as well as groups?

Yes. Session planning supports individual and group sessions. Athlete rosters and groups help you organize the people you coach, and session templates let you reuse a familiar structure.

One athlete. A whole squad. The same purpose.
