Your roster. Your working rhythm.

  • Connect directly with athletes or their guardians.
  • Plan individual and group sessions.
  • Keep shared history close to your coaching notes.

No club administrator is required for independent setup.

The practical side of personal coaching

From the first connection
to the next check-in.

Build a working rhythm around the people you coach, whether you see them one at a time or train a small group together.

A roster built around your relationships.

Keep the athletes you coach together in one roster. Organize groups when you work with several people, and open an individual athlete’s shared passport when you need more context.

Plans you can use again.

Create individual or group sessions, schedule recurring work, and reuse session templates. Start with a familiar structure, then shape the session for the athletes taking part.

The athlete’s side of the session.

Ask for a rating of perceived exertion: the athlete’s own assessment of how hard a session felt. Review responses alongside your notes to inform the next conversation.

History behind the next decision.

Review the training and biometric information each athlete has shared with you. Bring that history into a check-in, follow up on a concern, or review a training block together.

Start with a clear setup

A straightforward path
to your own roster.

  1. 01

    Choose the independent path.

Create your account and choose independent coaching during coach setup. You can manage your own roster without joining a club.

  2. 02

    Connect with your athletes.

Request the access you need. Adult athletes approve their own biometric sharing; guardians make that decision for young athletes.

  3. 03

    Plan, coach, and review.

Build your roster as connections are approved, plan sessions, and use shared history and athlete feedback in your follow-up.

Shared by choice

Earn the relationship.
Respect the permissions.

Being someone’s coach and having access to their biometric data are separate things. Athletes and guardians choose what they make available, and the access level granted shapes what you see.

When a coaching relationship changes, access can be reviewed or revoked. The athlete’s history stays with their profile.

Before you begin

A few practical
questions.

Do I need a club administrator to get started?

No. The independent-coach setup is designed for coaches and personal trainers who manage their own roster. You do not need an invitation from a club administrator.

Can I coach individuals and small groups?

Yes. You can organize athletes into groups and plan individual or group sessions. Templates and recurring sessions help you reuse the structures that fit your coaching.

Can I see a young athlete’s health data as soon as I invite them?

A guardian must approve biometric access first. The level they grant determines which data you can see, and they can revoke that access. Requesting a connection is separate from receiving permission.
