Keep your history connected.
Your athlete profile gives your records a home across seasons, sports, and training blocks. Keep the work you have already put in alongside the work you are doing now.
For adult athletes
Start today. Keep growing.
Make the next chapter yours.
Moving into adult sport, returning to training, or starting something new? Give your effort a history you can keep building, with your own profile and your own choices about who sees it.

There’s room for your next chapter
You do not need a junior record, a team place, or a competition calendar to begin. Set up your own athlete profile and start with the training you do today.
If sport is already part of your life, keep your records connected as your focus changes. Your history stays with your athlete profile through new training blocks, coaches, and goals.
Your progress, in perspective
Build a record that helps you understand where you have been and what you are working on now.
Your athlete profile gives your records a home across seasons, sports, and training blocks. Keep the work you have already put in alongside the work you are doing now.
Review your recorded training and available biometric trends. Look back across your history to bring more context to a session, a training block, or your next conversation with a coach.
Approve coach access yourself, choose the level of information you share, and remove access when it is no longer needed. Your data-sharing decisions stay with you.
Bring your data with you
Connect a supported health platform or add records yourself. The readings available depend on your device, connected apps, and the permissions you choose.
Connect through the Striiive mobile app on iPhone to bring in supported readings available in Apple Health.
On supported Android devices, connect Health Connect through the Striiive mobile app to import available health data.
Log training and add supported measurements manually. You can start building your history before connecting a wearable.
Already have an Apple Health export? You can also import that file through the web app’s data import tools.
Your data, your call
A self-managed adult profile puts sharing decisions in your hands. A coach sees your biometric data only after you approve access, and only at the level you grant.
Passport links have their own sharing choices. You decide what each link shows and can revoke it when the conversation or coaching relationship changes.
